Canberra Festival 2010
March 6 2010 – With the return of the much loved Balloon Spectacular, the flagship event Celebrate in the Park, the quirky and fun Lights! Canberra! Action! and the addition of the new event Symphony in the Park, the 2010 Canberra Festival is the biggest Canberra has seen yet.
Mark 6-14 March in your calendar as we join to celebrate our city's 97th birthday and countdown until our 100th in 2013.
With so much to see, do and enjoy, there is no better place to be than right here this March!
Canberra Festival Balloon Spectacular
Each morning during the Canberra Festival, head down to the Lawns of Old Parliament House and witness the beauty of the balloons over our city. Not only will more than 30 balloons fill the Canberra sky in a feast of colour and size, but there will be delicious hot breakfast options to enjoy and a variety of live and free entertainment.
